Frequently asked questions
The difference between a Digital Business Card and a Stellar Site is the amount of flexibility and customization you have between the two.
Digital Business Cards are premade website templates that we use to showcase your content. They are less customizable at the point of purchase, but you will have the option to update the content, colors and imagery before your site is live.
Stellar Sites are completely customizable. We will get a list of requirements from you, generate a mockup, and make as many revisions as needed. Once the site is live, we will continue to make as many updates as needed for the first two weeks.
Same as Stellar Sites, revisions may be submitted within a two-week window of the site being live. After this period, you may still submit revisions in your account dashboard if you find typos or grammar issues. If the request is for new content, imagery, or new features or enhancements, you may submit a one-time update. Or alternatively you can purchase the Digital Administration add-on.
ECommerce packages are not included in the initial build for Digital Business Cards. If you want to sell products on your site at launch, you will need a Stellar Site. However, Digital Business Card clients can sell products on their website with the Digital Administration add-on.
Analytics and email marketing are available for both Digital Business Card and Stellar Site packages with the Digital Administration add-on.
